UK

All our UK orders  come with DPD Next Day signed for shipping available for all orders. Although this service is Next Day it is not a guaranteed service and we do offer a faster by 12pm service for an extra charge.

Next day guaranteed delivery by 12:00pm:

If you need orders faster we also offer a guaranteed next working day delivery which starts at £16 extra.

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday at 4:30 pm, orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday.

Returns

UK Returns

Ordering for Christmas? Enjoy extended returns until 15th January 2025 this is an extension of our normal returns period of 30 days stated below.

Hugs & Co shoes can be returned any time within 30 days of purchase and providing the shoes are in an unused condition you can receive a full refund for the price of your shoes, we cannot refund shipping costs but if you would like a prepaid Royal Mail drop-off label please email us and we can email one to you. We're happy to send you a different size until you find the perfect fit.

International Returns

For international returns we cannot refund shipping costs. You can still return shoes to us within 30 days of receipt and we are more than happy to send out exchange shoes or refund the order. If you would like to arrange an exchnage please email us on orders@hugsandco.com
